Walking into a new salon and trusting your hair and nails to a new professional can be intimidating and scary. 

That's why we're here to ease your nerves and help you find the best version of your outer beauty to match that gorgeous inner beauty you are already showing the world!

What you can expect at your first visit.

When you arrive, you may park right in front of the building on the street or in the city parking lot caddy-corner from the salon. In the reception area I keep water, coffee, hot chocolate, and sweets available for guests to enjoy. You may hang up your jackets, purses, umbrellas, etc. on the coat rack in the reception area. 

I will have a new client contact form for you to fill out if it has not already been done. When it is time for your appointment, I'll escort you to the station. 

During your consultation, I'll ask you questions to learn more about your hair's history. Questions will center around your preferred maintenance, desired hair styles and colors, your coloring history, products you regularly use, allergies, and what you love and don't like about your hair currently. Please be candid with me so I can best formulate for you. I'll talk with you and use photos sometimes to best communicate what we plan together to achieve. 

At the end of your appointment, I can show you how to achieve the style at home. I will also recommend products to use at home. I will also ask if you would like to book your next appointment based on the recommended maintenance schedule. Please note that appointment spots fill quickly and your desired time may not be available if you wait to book. If something comes up and you cannot make it to the booked appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours prior so we can reschedule without incurring any fees. 

When the appointment has concluded, we will walk to the reception desk together to complete the transaction. Cash, Credit, and Debit are accepted. Local checks only are accepted and there is a $40.00 returned check fee.

 

When checking out, I use a safeguarded program called Square. Many retailers are using this now. Your phone number and/or email may already be linked to your card. If not, then you will need to enter either to receive a receipt. You may also sign up for the salon's email program. Emails are not annoyingly sent out multiple times in the month. All of your information is encrypted and secured. I never sell or distribute your information to anyone at all times.
