Cancellation and No Call/No Show Policy

NOTE: Each independent stylist reserves the right to amend these policies stated here to align with their independent business policies.

POLICY held by Krista Dayhoff, Owner of Dimensions Salon.

Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments will need to occur. My time is valuable to me, to you, and to other guests. It's important I maintain a schedule that runs on time to accommodate everyone’s busy life.

 To best serve all guests, cancellations and no show policies are as follows:

 Cancellation

 -All appointments require a 24 hour notice of cancellation to allow Dimensions Salon to fill the appointment time with those on a wait list.

 -After the first cancellation (less than a 24 hour notice), in order to book another appointment you will be required to pay a cancellation fee prior to booking your new appointment.

$25 for appointments scheduled for 2 hours or less.

$50 for appointments scheduled for 2 hours or more.

 -If a second cancellation under 24 hours occurs, all future appointments will require a non refundable 50% deposit that will go towards your service price of your next scheduled appointment.

 Late Arrival

 -When running late to an appointment, please call Dimensions Salon to see if your appointment is still able to be accommodated. Some of the service may not be completed due to time constraints. Pricing will not reflect such adjustments.

 -Guests arriving more than 15 minutes later than the scheduled appointment time may be required to be rescheduled to a later date.

 No Call/No Show

 -If ANY no call/no show appointments occur, you will be required to pay 50% of the missed appointment service price plus a $25 fee in order to book a new appointment.

 -If two or more no call/no show appointments occur, all future appointments will require a non refundable 50% deposit that will go towards your service price of your next scheduled appointment.

Future Booking

 -If outstanding fees are owed to Dimensions Salon, booking will not be allowed until it is paid in full, no exceptions.

Fees

-Fees may be assigned prior to being allowed to book a future appointment. Dimensions Salon would love to serve you and work with you. Dimensions Salon understands that life gets in the way sometimes, but in order to best serve everyone, fees are incurred to encourage good attendance.

Re-do and Returns

-Returns of products purchased at Dimensions Salon will be accepted within fourteen (14) days of date of purchase.

-All hair services not satisfactory will be granted a re-do adjustment within seven (7) days of date of service. This does not support a change of mind or request for a different color outside the scope of the agreement struck in the consultation. This only supports adjustments to the current style, cut, curl, or color.

Salon Service Policy

Dimensions Salon works hard to provide a relaxing environment for you and every guest.

If you arrive early to your appointment, you are welcome to wait in the designated seating area. Please help yourself to the snacks and beverages provided. A television is also provided in the common area. Please help yourself to any of the available shows on Netflix. 

Please remain in the waiting area when not receiving services. 

Payment may be made in cash, debit, or credit. Local checks only are accepted.

Please do not sit at, touch, or be near any station that you are not receiving services at. These stations are sanitized and disinfected after every appointment to be prepared for the next guest. This is a rule to be followed even when there is no pandemic.  

Children are welcomed to the salon. It is your responsibility to keep control of your children at all times. There are toys and coloring books with crayons available for their entertainment. 

Dimensions Salon requests that guests maintain a family friendly atmosphere. Foul language, anger, disrespect, and other poor behavior will not be tolerated. Such behaviors will result in the abrupt conclusion of the appointment with payment due in full before leaving. Unsafe guests will be asked to leave the premise and to never return. If removal is forced, police will be called. 

Covid-19 Safety Policy

-When making an appointment, if you prefer to be the only one in the salon for your safety, please make that known as you book the appointment. We will make the accommodations as best as we can. 
-Services are by appointment only. You may call ahead to see if a spot is open for same-day services.
-Extra time is included between appointments to allow for proper sanitation. Please note: Dimenions Salon regularly cleans using one or more or a combination of cleaners which may or may not be bleach, All-Purpose, Barbicide, and/or Thieves. 

-If you or someone in your household is symptomatic and have not yet been seen by a medical physician, please do not come to the salon. Please call to reschedule your appointment for two weeks later. 
-If you have been seen by a medical physician and tested POSITIVE for COVID-19, please adhere to the recommendations of the medical physician. 
-If you have been seen by a medical physician and tested NEGATIVE for COVID-19, please adhere to the recommendations of the medical physician. 
-Please do not sit at, touch, or be near any station that you are not receiving services at. These stations are sanitized and disinfected after every appointment to be prepared for the next guest. This is a rule to be followed even when there is no pandemic. 
-Any guest who does not comply with the stated rules may be asked to leave the premise at the discretion of the service provider.
